Up until now it has been about my work with Hratch Ogali and existed solely to tell my story of my return to walking as it has been, and still is, unfolding. Until April 2008 I was very private about what I was doing.

However, my understanding of Hratch Ogali's method (based in Central London) dropped into place a couple of months earlier, in an exciting and unimaginable way - finally, I got it! I looked at my achievements and realised how significant they were, and decided to make this insight available for others in a similar situation. I had already achieved what I was told was impossible. The rest kept coming in daily changes.

It is neither fantasy nor false hope, but very real. This site is a work in progress and as I add notes, photos and video clips and maybe the results of any unforeseen feedback, I hope it will become fuller and more helpful to others who are also looking for recovery.

And either you'll know that there is something here that makes sense even if you don't understand how or why. Or you just absolutely won't see that there is anything here at all.
